Daily weather overview and navigation fixes

Features

• Weather now includes a daily overview with condition icons and temperature and wind-speed ranges.

Improvements

• Weather charts render faster.

• Map controls briefly pause while opening offline chart downloads or clearing offline charts to prevent accidental map movement.

Fixes

• Fixed dark-theme colors and improved text and control contrast.

• Fixed dragging measurement points and route stops, including across the International Date Line.

• Fixed offline chart downloads around the International Date Line.

• Fixed AIS vessels disappearing when speed is unavailable, and stopped showing missing speed as zero.

• Fixed invalid AIS course and heading values, and stopped showing closest-approach predictions when course data is unavailable.

• Fixed the estimated range of connected AIS receivers.

• Fixed Logbook wind-direction values and arrows so they better match your instruments.

• Fixed polar search excluding boats with missing builder or designer information.

• Fixed polar table colors so they match the chart.
