Minor Improvements

Minor fixes and additions

• You can now delete a spot or route from its respective Edit screen

• Fixed a potential crash in the Spots & Routes list screen

• Fixed an issue where disconnecting from the Core would not trigger the appropriate warning notice

• Buttons, text, and other user interface elements are now more consistent throughout the Orca app

• Recommended tracks with depth values will now show their depth with a single decimal instead of no decimal

• Fixed an issue where the Orca app could crash while returning from sleep
