Easier buttons on D2 and a bunch of fixes

Improvements

• Buttons on Display 2 are easier to press

• Sign-in and sign-up flows are now separate to avoid accidental account creation

• Orca starts a bit faster

Fixes

• Autopilot fixes

  • Fixed mode change from Orca not having an effect in rare instances.

  • Fixed negative sign not appearing on autopilot small widget.

  • Fixed autopilot preselecting Navigation mode when pressing Standby.

  • Course direction change in Wind mode for Simrad autopilots is now fixed.

• Google sign-in now allows you to select the underlying Google account on each sign-in.

• Sync now in Logbook will properly open WiFi settings, if needed, to connect to Core.

• Connect radar in the Control Panel will properly open WiFi settings, if needed, to connect to Core.
