Bigger buttons and various fixes

Improvements

• Buttons are much easier to hit, especially on Display 2.

Fixes

• Fixed Android background gesture triggering instrument edit or map pin in the Orca app.

• Fix Live Route sync over BLE connection producing broken route geometry.

• Saved Spots coordinates were imprecise. They now have pinpoint accuracy.

• Fixed occasional rounding errors in Instruments.
