New Route to tab and minor improvements

New Features

• Routing available directly from Route to tab in bottom sheet.

Improvements

• Autopilot doesn't show the default 0 angle when not engaged. Instead it shows dash to indicate angle unavailable.

• Connected devices is available in boat simulation.

Fixes

• Sometime instruments were showing "-" for available data.

• Weather radar layout is fixed for tablets.
