Instrument and connectivity improvements

Instruments

• You can now open the Control Panel while viewing full‑screen instruments.

• A new instrument‑edit menu lets you remove an entire instrument panel.

Minor fixes

• Device selection is smarter in marinas where more than one Core is within range.

• The App's reconnection strategy to the Core has been improved.

• Resolved an issue where tank/battery instruments changed instance assignment after reconnection.

• Fixed wind‑mode heading change buttons for Raymarine autopilots.

• [Android] Fixed a problem that prevented the native Android back button from returning to the Android home screen.

• [Android] Fixed an issue that could make devices with dual Wi‑Fi fail to connect to the Core.
