Orca’s Growth Team is a cross-functional team that operates across the entire surface area of the user journey, from ads to influencers, partnerships, design, e-commerce website, and in-app conversion funnels.

About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Partnership Lead to join our Growth Team in Oslo. This role will help shape Orca's growth through influencers, press, and strategic consumer-facing partnerships. You’ll join a small, senior growth team and have real ownership over one of Orca’s most important long-term growth engines.

In this role, you will

Build new strategic consumer-facing partnerships from scratch:

  • Identify, develop, and launch new partnerships that meaningfully contribute to Orca’s growth

  • Turn individual relationships into repeatable programs that scale

  • Own the full lifecycle from first outreach to partnership program definition and long-term collaboration with individual partners

Grow our existing influencer and ambassador programs:

  • Take ownership of and scale Orca’s fast-growing influencer and ambassador program

  • Bring your own perspective and ideas as these programs evolve and mature as we scale

Increase our paid and earned media exposure:

  • Take ownership of Orca’s existing paid and earned media momentum

  • Scale coverage with relevant media in existing and new geographies

  • Maximize earned media by working closely with internal teams and media on product launches and announcements

Build scalable systems and processes for a rapidly growing scaleup:

  • Create playbooks, processes, and frameworks that allow partnerships and programs to scale globally as Orca grows

  • Set up simple, effective reporting and evaluation methods that enable you and the entire growth team to learn and iterate quickly

This role fits someone who

  • Are a strong relationship builder who also thinks in systems

  • Have built and/or scaled influencer, press, or partnership programs in a consumer-facing environment

  • Are comfortable with embracing ambiguity and turning it into clarity

  • Enjoy high ownership and clear accountability

  • Care about quality, relevance, and long-term brand trust

Strong pluses, but not hard requirements

  • Startup or scaleup experience

  • Familiarity with boating, marine, or outdoor lifestyle industries

  • First-hand experience with text, video, or graphical content creation

  • Experience working with content creators

How you will be evaluated

In the first 6 months, success looks like:

  • You have clear signals about which new partnership verticals are worth scaling

  • You have a measurable impact on key metrics from existing partnership verticals

  • Influencer and media initiatives are scaling predictably after you have taken full ownership of the programs

  • Processes and systems have been established that make partnerships less dependent on individual relationships

  • You have strong internal trust and effective cross-functional collaboration with the rest of the organization
